We had a leak in our unit and the ceiling had to be redone. Service Master Restore Brantford was perfect for the work. A team of wonderful and dynamic people were assigned to do the work. Jeff the supervisor, Daniella and Victor the Tech guys, the game changers of them all the rebuild team Steve, Matt and Conner and last but not least of the SVM person Kat who did the final cleaning They put in time, effort and attention to every detail of the job and the final product after three days is a beauty. We had a flood and service master was very fast coming to the house in port rowan. Miro showed up, assessed the situation at 6:30 . The crew came in at 9:00 and did a great job. A great big thanks to Gabriela and her 2 helpers. Matt and Phil did a great job installing all the new trim. These are all very professional people.
I’d like to give a big shout out to Adam and his team from Brantford. They had a quick response. My basement was flooded. Daniella took the lead and told me that her and her crew would do everything and for me to get some well needed rest. Everyone was friendly and hard working. My girls were upset with the situation and the crew was sensitive to their feelings and calmed them down. Daniella even went above and beyond by fixing my hot water heater for us! Due to the volume of snow this past winter, we are experiencing basement flooding and have to call our insurance. They recommended Service Master, and Mr. Adam Tuk called right away to assess the water damage in our basement. Adam Tuk and Daniella have been nothing but amazing during this enitre time of our basement being flooded. They've been extremely helpful and understanding the entire time. Nothern Ontario received unpreciented amounts of snow and rain in the winter/spring of 2026. During the melt in April of 2026 my basement in Espanola flooded. I contacted my insurance and they sent Adam Tuk from BRANTFORD Service master, a drive of approximately 6 hours. I was stressed, exhausted and tired from vacuuming and trying to remove the water from my basement. Within 12 hours of contacting my Insurance, Adam called me and scheduled an assessment. He came as a professional would, with empathy for the situation, technical expertise to get the job started/assessed for insurance review, honesty in the estimated cost of the removal, and pricing in the event insurance did not cover the damage. Adam called me as soon as insurance approved the repair/cleaning. I spoke with Adam twice and met him one time prior to my insurance adjustor even calling me to confirm my damage would be covered. Adam then scheduled the clean up crew, that ALSO came from Brantford to Espanola (again, a 6 hour drive). They arrived within 24 hours of dispatch from when Adam called me. Victor was the lead with his crew. I completed some of the tear out myself, but the Service Master Brantford crew were also professional, efficient, and polite. They completed the clean out, removed damaged material and set up drying equipment. I counted 2-3 commercial dehumidifiers, mould/mildew stopping treatment, deodorizer and over 12 commercial drying fans to aid in drying so the water wouldn't grow into mold. Victor was able to show me where mold had grown, confirmed it would be removed and finally sprayed with a mold killer so it wouldn't continue to grow. Project Manager Adam Tuk, and lead technician Victor were incredible to work with during a time of extreme stress. They were professionals a client would want in an emergency with appropriate knowledge and abilities to get the job done. We had water damage to our basement on Nov. 30/25. Servicemaster responded to our request and did a great job in cleaning up our mess. Adam was fantastic! I put in a request and got a call back within a couple hours and had an inspection booked for the next morning. He was efficient and got me a report of the inspection two hours after we met. Great service, highly recommend and will be using in the future!

Service Master is a restoration superstar! My introduction to this organization came after a water heater ruptured and my insurance company sent them in to perform the remediation work. From the first call with our Project Manager, Adam Tuk, I knew I was in good hands as he carefully explained the process, provided clear timing on the next steps. When Adam and team arrived on scene they were calm and thoughtful and very respectful of the fact that this was someone’s home and their personal belongings. They got straight to work removing both wet and dry contents, securing undamaged items and above all clearing the water and drying the basement. Through the early stages of the remediation, the Service Master team took care to preserve and repair what they could while respecting the personal or sentimental nature of the contents. 2 weeks after the initial flood, we incurred a second flood as a result of poor workmanship by the plumber. For this call, I reached out to Adam directly and once again he delivered. After the basement was fully dried for the second time we engaged Service Master to perform all of the necessary reconstruction services - fixing drywall, cabinets, doors, trim and other structural issues. The work was done in a timely fashion and done well. Prior to closing the file, Service Master requested that I personally review their work and sign-off. During that review I noted a couple minor repairs that I wanted revisited. I was expecting resistance given the minor nature of the issues but instead I was told they would send their contractor back immediately to repair the items that I noted. The repairs was done quickly and without question. I was both shocked and delighted by this clear demonstration of customer first leadership. Throughout the two engagements, the communication from Adam and team was outstanding. He made us feel at ease and that he was there to help us through this process. A flood is a very stressful experience. Your life is completely disrupted, and personal belongings are lost or damaged. It’s in times like these you want a partner that is going to help you through. This week we had the dreaded basement flood. Unfortunately for us it happened in the middle of the night so it was a shocking surprise to wake up to. Within an hour Adam from Service Master showed up, assessed the situation and had a team working on the project less then 60 minutes later. The team worked fast and the work was done quickly. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel it’s important to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. After a flood in 2024, we hired this company for remediation based on the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. During the remediation process, mold was later discovered in areas that were supposed to have been addressed. The company returned multiple times in an effort to resolve the issue, but some mold still remained and my family ultimately had to remove additional material ourselves. Dealing with this added significant stress to an already difficult situation, and we were disappointed with how the matter was handled overall. While others may have had different experiences, ours was not positive, and we would not choose to work with this company again. The intention of all this is simply to share an experience, so as I said above, others can make informed decisions.
Very pleased with the prompt attention to my water leak problem and the follow-up repair work. The staff are polite, and always clean-up after themselves. Would hire them again and suggest them to friends.

Great experience with ServiceMaster Restore of Brantford. Had a most untimely incident on Christmas Day where our hot water tank leaked and caused water damage in our basement. Was in contact with Miro Marojkin of ServiceMaster who was out quickly to review and document the damage. He sent out two wonderful ladies (Daniela and Gabriela) who quickly got to work cleaning up and setting up fans and a dehumidifier. They were very professional and efficient with their work. Highly recommend Service Master Restore of Brantford. The project manager Miro right down to the crew of Connor, Denice, Gabby, Braiden and Matt were excellent. Hopefully I didn't miss mentioning someone, it was hard to keep track! It was our first insurance claim and we were very unsure of how to proceed. Miro walked us through step by step with patience and kindness. He always answered his phone immediately. All of the crew were friendly and professional. When I got up for work this morning and went in my garage I saw water all over the place( even the Kayak on the floor was floating) n it was getting a little deeper.
