Service Master and Adam Tuk did as they promised. Our basement was recently flooded because of heavy rain. We were very worried about it and called various restoration companies. As opposed to all the rest, Adam Tuk from Service Master contacted us right away. He came to our house, evaluated the situation and provided advice all in a professional manner. He informed us about the cost and timing of the restoration work. We went ahead with him because he inspired trust. However, words do not always translate into facts. In this case, Adam delivered on all counts. The crew came when expected, and as promised. They were polite, effective and even helped me and my husband move debris when they didn't have to do it. We communicated with Adam before and after the job was done. He either answered the calls or returned my messages shortly afterwards. I strongly recommend Adam and Service Master.

Calvin and his crew worked tirelessly to tear out my basement. They were extremely respectful, courteous and sympathetic to my situation. Terrible experience. Untrained staff, little communication as to when they were coming, returning, picking up garbage or bringing a dumpster. Drywall was supposed to be removed up to 4 feet, but there are areas that were missed completely including insulation. Spraying of a mold retardent and disinfectant was done randomly or not at all. An outlet was smashed, a sludge was left all over the floor of my basement. I was told they would return - that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting…………..
Ok My experience has been mixed. Always had to pursue Service Master for info or service. When they did respond, they were apologetic and did their job well
Adam Tuk Came out and did an inspection and advised me on how to handle my problem I was facing. He was upfront, professional and definitely has the experience required to help remedy insurance claims.

Adam Tuk, project manager and Danialla, lead technician from ServiceMaster were awesome to work with. Adam flew from Toronto to my house the following day after I filled a claim for water damage. He did a thorough assessment of the damage caused by water and wind which I was really happy about. Emergency repaired were performed right away. Danialla and her team work diligently and meticulously cutting dry walls in the ceiling and removing wet insulation and removing moister in the ceiling with the dehumidifier. They did great job cleaning and sanitizing the house afterward. I was very satisfied with the work. Thank you, Adam and Danialla!

I can't say enough good things about ServiceMaster Restore of Brantford. After a tree fell on my parents' cottage, several branches punctured the roof and even came through one of the exterior walls. It was a stressful situation, but they made the entire process so much easier. They had an emergency crew out the very next day to tarp the roof and protect the cottage from any further damage, which we really appreciated. Once repairs got underway after the winter, they took care of everything—from the roof and ceiling to the interior walls—and the quality of the work was excellent. You would never know anything had happened. The entire team was professional, friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and took great pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend ServiceMaster Restore of Brantford to anyone who needs restoration work.
On June 9, 2026 a Severe storm causing power outages, and flooding brought on water damage to our basement. Service Master ( Adam Tuk and Daniela and team) arrived on June 13th. Within one day our basement was cleaned out, scrubbed down , dried and prepped for restoration . The crew did an amazing job of clean up. Very thorough in the process. Communication was very clear. Gord made sure that we were on track and was very punctual in booking service times and making sure the invoice was going to match the work being done. Phil was great to have in the house working away at specific repairs and would always check in with me to make sure that I knew what he was doing and how long he'd need to complete the work. We had a leak in our house and our wall needed repairing. Denise and Victor came first and cleaned up the area and sealed the wall to dry. Due to the volume of snow this past winter, we are experiencing basement flooding and have to call our insurance. They recommended Service Master, and Mr. Adam Tuk called right away to assess the water damage in our basement. Adam Tuk and Daniella have been nothing but amazing during this enitre time of our basement being flooded. They've been extremely helpful and understanding the entire time. We had water damage to our basement on Nov. 30/25. Servicemaster responded to our request and did a great job in cleaning up our mess. Because of the Christmas season they were not able to do the restoration work until the end of January, 2026. Adam was fantastic! I put in a request and got a call back within a couple hours and had an inspection booked for the next morning. He was efficient and got me a report of the inspection two hours after we met. Great service, highly recommend and will be using in the future!
Service Master is a restoration superstar! My introduction to this organization came after a water heater ruptured and my insurance company sent them in to perform the remediation work. From the first call with our Project Manager, Adam Tuk, I knew I was in good hands as he carefully explained the process, provided clear timing on the next steps. When Adam and team arrived on scene they were calm and thoughtful and very respectful of the fact that this was someone’s home and their personal belongings. They got straight to work removing both wet and dry contents, securing undamaged items and above all clearing the water and drying the basement. Through the early stages of the remediation, the Service Master team took care to preserve and repair what they could while respecting the personal or sentimental nature of the contents. 2 weeks after the initial flood, we incurred a second flood as a result of poor workmanship by the plumber. For this call, I reached out to Adam directly and once again he delivered. After the basement was fully dried for the second time we engaged Service Master to perform all of the necessary reconstruction services - fixing drywall, cabinets, doors, trim and other structural issues. The work was done in a timely fashion and done well. Prior to closing the file, Service Master requested that I personally review their work and sign-off. During that review I noted a couple minor repairs that I wanted revisited. I was expecting resistance given the minor nature of the issues but instead I was told they would send their contractor back immediately to repair the items that I noted. The repairs was done quickly and without question. I was both shocked and delighted by this clear demonstration of customer first leadership. Throughout the two engagements, the communication from Adam and team was outstanding. He made us feel at ease and that he was there to help us through this process. A flood is a very stressful experience. Your life is completely disrupted, and personal belongings are lost or damaged. It’s in times like these you want a partner that is going to help you through.
